Hypnotherapy

What Is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is a guided process that uses focused attention and deep relaxation to help you work with thoughts, beliefs, habits, and emotional patterns.

During hypnosis, you remain aware and in control. The experience is designed to create a focused state in which you can become more receptive to positive suggestions that support the goals you have chosen for yourself.

What Does Hypnosis Feel Like?

Hypnosis is often described as a deeply relaxed and focused state. It can feel similar to becoming absorbed in a book, movie, daydream, or familiar drive when the outside world temporarily fades into the background.

You do not lose control, become unconscious, or surrender your ability to make choices. You can hear my voice, think, speak, and respond throughout the session.

What to Expect During Your Session

We will begin with a conversation about what you would like to change, strengthen, or experience differently. Your session is personalized around your goals.

I will then guide you into a comfortable state of focused relaxation. During this part of the session, we may use imagery, therapeutic suggestions, and other hypnotic techniques selected to support your individual goal.

At the end of the session, I will gently guide you back to your normal waking awareness. Many people finish feeling calm, refreshed, and relaxed.
